Artisan of Sense – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption

   • Gift vouchers can be redeemed for products or workshops offered by Artisan of Sense.

   • Vouchers may be used in-store or online

2. Validity

   • Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

   • Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

3. Usage

   • Vouchers are single-use and must be presented at the time of purchase.

   • If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.

   • No cash change will be given for purchases below the voucher value.

4. Exclusions

   • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

   • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.

5. Non-Transferable

   • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged physical vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Promotions & Discounts

   • Vouchers may not be valid with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless specified.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

   • Once issued, vouchers are non-refundable.

   • Workshop bookings made using vouchers are subject to the workshop cancellation policy.

8. Right to Amend

   • Artisan of Sense reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
