Gift voucher terms
What can the gift card be redeemed for?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any products or workshops offered by Artisan of Sense, used in-store at our Joo Chiat atelier or online.
How long is it valid?
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted or extended.
How is it used?
Vouchers are single-use and presented at the time of purchase. If your purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance is payable by cash, card or other accepted methods. No cash change is given for purchases below the voucher value.
Are there any exclusions?
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or refunds.
Can it be transferred or refunded?
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Once issued they are non-refundable, and lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Workshop bookings made with a voucher follow the workshop cancellation policy.
Can it be combined with promotions?
Vouchers may not be valid alongside other promotions, discounts or special offers unless specified. Artisan of Sense may amend these terms without prior notice.
