Can I have my mists delivered instead of carrying them home?
You'll take everything home on the day. If you'd prefer, we're glad to arrange free local delivery islandwide instead — just let us know when you book.
Can you help plan a surprise or celebration?
We'd love to — from birthdays and proposals to hen's parties, tell us what you have in mind and we'll set the scene. You're welcome to bring a cake or a bottle of wine; a $50 service fee applies for outside food & drink.
Do you host corporate or team-building sessions?
Yes — we host private groups and corporate team-building in the atelier. Message us on WhatsApp to plan a bespoke session for your team.
Are children and families welcome?
Yes, families are welcome. For hands-on blending we recommend ages 7 and up with adult supervision.
What if I have scent allergies?
Please share any allergies or sensitivities when you book. Every fragrance is all-natural, botanical and free from synthetic oils.
How can I pay — do you accept PayNow?
Yes. We accept PayNow, cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes — you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your workshop date.
