Questions before you book
Is this a private session — can my partner or friends join?
Yes. The consultation is private and held just for you, guided from first impression to final blend by our fragrance artisan. You're welcome to share it with a partner or a few friends — simply let us know your group size when booking so we can prepare.
Will my blend be kept, so I can reorder it?
Always. Every bespoke fragrance is recorded in our system as your personal scent profile, so your signature can be recomposed — exactly as you remember it — whenever you wish to reorder.
May I give this as a gift, or arrange it as a surprise?
Beautifully so. Gift a session and let them choose their moment, or share your plan and we'll help stage the surprise. Few gifts are as personal as a scent made for one person alone.
Can my fragrance be delivered?
You'll carry it home the same day, or we can arrange complimentary local delivery islandwide — whichever you prefer.
What if I have scent sensitivities?
Please share any allergies or sensitivities when you book. Every fragrance we compose is all-natural, botanical and free from synthetic oils.
How may I pay — do you accept PayNow?
