Returns or Exchanges
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure all our products are dispatched from our pet-free and smoke-free studio, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please please provide photos of all packaging materials within 3 days of receiving your parcel to file a claim:
- The airway bill
- The bubble wrap or protective packaging
- The interior packaging box
- The exterior shipping carton
- Photos of the damaged product.
Please send all photos toΒ hello@artisanofsense.com. We will review your claim and take appropriate action.
